11. What are the requirements for professional account certification?  
There are no entry barriers. Even a newly registered account with 0 followers can activate it, as long as the account is not flagged as abnormal.

   (1) Bulk deletion of posts.  
   (2) Violation of sensitive word regulations.  
   (3) Changing content niche.

13. How many traffic pool levels are there on Xiaohongshu?  
There are 7 traffic pool levels:  
   (1) Limited traffic pool.  
   (2) Initial traffic pool.  
   (3) Thousand-view traffic pool.  
   (4) Ten-thousand-view traffic pool.  
   (5) Small popular traffic pool.  
   (6) Medium popular traffic pool.  
   (7) Large popular traffic pool.

14. Why do some creators explicitly state that they won't reply to private messages?  
Because private messages are strictly monitored, and the risk of violating rules is high. Creators may not know which word might lead to a violation. Therefore, many creators avoid replying to private messages to minimize risks.

15. If an account's traffic suddenly drops after a violation, should the account be replaced?  
If it’s a minor violation, such as a warning for a specific post or a profile violation, the account can typically recover within about a month by posting and interacting normally.

16. Should a post that violates rules be hidden or deleted?  
It is recommended to delete it directly. Hiding the post will cause the system to keep a record of it.

17. If recent posts only have 100–200 views, is the account being restricted?  
Not necessarily. It’s likely due to poor content quality that fails to attract users or low account authority. You can check if the post is indexed by searching for it in 1–2 days. If it appears in search results, it has been indexed.

18. How does the platform determine whether data is being manipulated?  
The average number of views can indicate the authenticity of a creator’s data. For example, if likes + saves + comments exceed 1,000, and the average number of views is around 10,000, the data is likely authentic.

19. How many private messages can be sent on Xiaohongshu per day?  
You can send up to 10 private messages within 24 hours.

20. How to determine if a Xiaohongshu post is flagged as a marketing advertisement by the system?  
If a post initially performs well but stops gaining traction within a few hours, it’s likely flagged as a marketing advertisement.  

Confirmation method: Open the post, click the three dots in the top right corner, and check for "薯条推广" (promoted content). If it’s flagged as marketing, a marketing reminder will appear.
